The Lakehouse is a perfect example of Biophilic Design here in Denver which is the first building with the WELL Certification in Colorado. The Well Certification and the Realwell network integrate evidence-based medical and scientific research with best practices in design and construction to create this healthier space. Below are the seven wellness elements the building incorporates:

• Air-livable patios, operable windows throughout each residence, and MERV-13 air filtration

• Water- Access to filtered water appliances and hydration stations, UV filtered and low chlorine pool and spa

• Nourishment- onsite Urban Farm grows organic vegetables and herbs

• Light- floor to ceiling windows, open and shallow floor plans, blackout and solar shades

• Fitness- Next to Sloan’s Lake, lap pool and hot tub, fitness center, yoga and meditation studio

• Comfort- thermal, visual and acoustical considerations

• Mind- Landscaping throughout the building to promote biophila, mediation garden and creative workshop
