Stephanie grew up in the mountain town of Asheville, NC. After starting her undergraduate degree at Colorado College, she then turned to studying abroad in Germany and Spain, ultimately earning a Bachelor's in Spanish Literature and Language from UNC-Asheville in 2009.

Her enthusiasm for travel, hospitality and languages led to a 12 year career in Private Service, holding positions such as Chief Stewardess onboard yachts, Estate Manager as well as Personal Assistant.

Forever having a passion for design and the built environment, as well as having a foundation of project management experience, Stephanie sought to pivot from the private service world.  She sought a forward thinking, sustainably and business minded graduate program.  In finding the Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management, she has eagerly begun her educational journey and is thrilled to become a part of the future of regenerative development.

In her free time she enjoys riding horses, snowboarding, cooking and spending time hiking with her dog, Enzo.
