MEET THE TEAM
Shreya is originally from Frisco, Texas, and a graduate from Baylor University where she studied Interior Design. Post-graduation she worked for DeLeo & Fletcher Design; a high-end residential design firm concentrating on new build projects ranging from 20,000 square feet to 52,000 square feet. As a junior interior designer at the firm, she was deeply involved in the construction process, design consulting, and responsible for creating technical design drawings.
Shreya joined the Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management at the University of Denver in 2020 to focus on the real estate and construction management industry. Her interest in Biophilic Design and how we can use it in urban regeneration stems from her passion of interior design and preserving natural elements to better future generations and our communities.
In her free time, Shreya enjoys traveling, hiking, playing board games, and spending time with friends and family.

Jeff was born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts and moved to Denver in the summer of 2019. He is a 2015 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture. Over the past five years, Jeff has worked for three different companies with focuses on high-end residential design, sport facility design and campus master planning, and in his most recent endeavor as a Project Manager for Denver Golf.

Jeff joined the Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management at the University of Denver in 2020 to further his passion and knowledge for development and the built environment. His interest in sustainable design/ construction plays a big role in how he approaches regenerative development and planning to better our communities.

During his free time outside of work and school (there’s not much), Jeff enjoys golfing, skiing, hiking, and traveling the world with friends, family, and his dog - Stan.
Stephanie grew up in the mountain town of Asheville, NC. After starting her undergraduate degree at Colorado College, she then turned to studying abroad in Germany and Spain, ultimately earning a Bachelor's in Spanish Literature and Language from UNC-Asheville in 2009.

Her enthusiasm for travel, hospitality and languages led to a 12 year career in Private Service, holding positions such as Chief Stewardess onboard yachts, Estate Manager as well as Personal Assistant.
Forever having a passion for design and the built environment, as well as having a foundation of project management experience, Stephanie sought to pivot from the private service world. She sought a forward thinking, sustainably and business minded graduate program. In finding the Franklin L. Burns School of Real Estate and Construction Management, she has eagerly begun her educational journey and is thrilled to become a part of the future of regenerative development.

In her free time she enjoys riding horses, snowboarding, cooking and spending time hiking with her dog, Enzo.

Matt is in his first quarter of the M.S. of Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver. He finds it advantageous to be knowledgeable of the development process from initial design to market functionality, and is pursuing a career in commercial development.
Matt has a passion for sustainability and LEED concepts, forming a foundation of skills from education and professional work, including earning his LEED Green Associate.
He has an undergraduate degree in Architecture from Ohio State University, and is looking to pair his design background with complimentary real estate skills.

He is native of Colorado, an avid sports fan, and attempting to ski on as many continents as possible.
